The Fighting Fit Centre is home to the Fighting Fit Centre Gym, the Brisbane Martial Arts Academy and Defensive Tactics and is located on half an acre in Hamilton on the inner north side of Brisbane.

The Fighting Fit Centre has brand new gym equipment (weights and cardio), a large bag room, 6 separate studios with sprung wooden floors, shower and toilet facilities, an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area with plenty of off street parking.
